A few times a year I fly out west to visit family and when I do, I like to surprise a friend or two with last minute texts of, "I'm in town."

Of course, I'm sure they love it. haha

The last time around a called up a close friend Kaylen and we spent a brief afternoon catching up over drinks and it just so happened she had just got her hair colored and styled that day as well. Of course, being the person I am, I said - Impromptu Photoshoot... GO. She's a gorgeous woman and always a positive person to be around.

Time was short, the weather was perfect (slightly overcast for photographers) and she looked great. What more could you ask for?
